One of the most famous tea from China, the Maofeng is harvested in Spring from the most delicate of tea leaves (one bud and one-two leaves, 一芽二叶). Slowly dried over charcoal, the Maofeng retains the elegance of a green tea while displaying subtle earthy, chestnut aftertaste.
