RED JADE / 红玉
Exclusive to the region of Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan, this tea is made from a successful cross breed between Taiwanese and Burmese tea seedlings. Fully oxidised and medium-roasted, the Red Jade tea exhibits a uniquely bold spicy notes of peppermint and cloves with a malty aftertaste, earning it the title of "The Scent of Taiwan".

3 - 4 g of tea blend
300 ml of water
Steep up to 5 minutes or till cool enough
Top up with warm water till too light for palate
Desserts: butter shortcake, dark chocolate, fruit tarts
